Tweedsmuir Village Hall charity supports the operation of the facility for the benefit of local community and for external hire. refer to section 1
Objectives: 4. The organisation’s purposes are: 4.1 To provide and maintain Tweedsmuir Village Hall as a community facility for benefit of the inhabitants of Tweedsmuir and environs in the Scottish Borders, as defined by the Tweedsmuir Community Council area, without distinction of political, religious or other opinions, for recreation, leisure and educational purposes of all kinds with the object of improving the conditions of life of the said inhabitants. 4.2 To promote citizenship and community development in the area of benefit defined in clause 4.1.
