The charity was previous￿ an unincorporated charitable asso¢iation but changed its leBal form to a SCIO. Thère were no assets to tran5ferto the SCIO on the 1st October 2020, It has a slngle tler strurture and as such the t￿￿ are members of the charty. Appolntment of trustees The management committee. which normally meets once a month, are the charitvs trustees. Membership of the management committee is open to all Renfrewshire residents.
