The charity was previous an unincorporated charitable asso¢iation but changed its leBal form to a SCIO. Thère were no assets to tran5ferto the SCIO on the 1st October 2020, It has a slngle tler strurture and as such the t are members of the charty. Appolntment of trustees The management committee. which normally meets once a month, are the charitvs trustees. Membership of the management committee is open to all Renfrewshire residents. Trustees arè elected at the annual general meeting which Is held In September. There must be a mlnimum of the trustees. Charltsble purpos•s The or8anisation's charitable purposes are the advancement of the arts, heritsge and culture through an annual arts festival and ass¢xiated activities, delivered for residents of RenfrehIre and visitor5 from further afield.
