Time for Inclusive Education (TIE) is an education charity based in Scotland. We work to address LGBT-related prejudice and bullying in schools and education settings with a proactive educational approach. To do this, we provide professional learning for teachers and school staff, create resources and materials for schools, and provide early intervention educational workshops for children and young people. We are responsive to contemporary manifestations of prejudice, including disinformation and online hate - we also provide the Digital Discourse Initiative project, which aims to provide schools with the tools to develop critical media literacy and counter the effects of prejudicial disinformation on children and young people. In addition, we work with adult audiences, including parents and carers, and provide bespoke educational interventions for football settings. We work with local and national education partners and decision makers across Scotland to achieve our purposes.
