To run a Village Hall for the community of Harthill and surrounding area to allow them to use the facility for a range of activities including classes in health, fitness and socialising and to have somewhere that can be used for parties, baby showers etc.

Objectives: 4.1 To promote the welfare of the community & residents in Harthill & District of Harthill without distinction of sex, or of political views, or of religious or other opinions by associating the local community groups, voluntary organisations, and residents in a common effort to further health, to advance education, to provide a meeting place and facilities for physical and mental training, social, moral and intellectual development, and to foster a community spirit for the achievement of these and other such objects as may be deemed by law.
