Objectives: 5.1 To relieve or prevent poverty by providing employment opportunities to unemployed disabled people 5.2 To continue the advancement of education by offering and providing continuous up skilling training opportunities through Individual Learning Accounts and bespoke training as required. 5.3 To advance the health conditions for disabled individuals by offering supported employment opportunities. 5.4 To advance full citizenship and community development by creating opportunities for disabled individuals to return to meaningful employment. 5.5 To provide opportunities for disabled individuals to express their individuality in Arts and crafts by facilitating training opportunities 5.6 To promote equality and diversity by providing employment, work place training and employment opportunities for individuals with disabilities. 5.7 The relief of all of those in need by reason of age, health disability, financial hardship and all other disadvantages through volunteering and training
