Our main aims are to prevent and relieve poverty and protect the vulnerable through humanitarian intervention, advance sustainable development as well as promoting human rights, equality and diversity. FoP was established to help Palestinians in need by providing shelter for homeless families, food and medicines for low income people, education fees for students who can’t afford them, and trying to provide training and employment projects to help with rising unemployment among new graduates and young people. Most of these initiatives are based in Gaza district which has suffered especially over the last 20 years of siege imposed on them by the occupation and the last two years of catastrophic situation . .

Objectives: The organisation's purposes are: 1.To prevent and relieve poverty of Palestinian people, in Scotland and internationally, through: promoting health awareness. training, volunteering, and employment opportunities. sport and recreation as a means to tackling isolation and promoting active citizenship. and through the provision of humanitarian assistance. 2. To advance the rights of Palestinian people and promote social justice by advocating, campaigning, and empowering their active participation in lobbying for change. 3. To advance citizenship for Palestinians living in Scotland by facilitating their active participation in civil activities and empowering them to be an effective part of Scottish Society. 4. To promote equality and diversity, and support the development of the Palestinian communities, through celebration of cultural heritage
