Our charity is set up to provide a forum for discussing and promoting interest in the history of Stirling and surrounding area. This is achieved mainly through monthly public talks and our website. The website receives enquiries from around the world about various aspects on Stirling's history which attempt to answer. We also aim to encourage research, and produce and sale small pamphlets and books on local history.
Beneficiaries: 'No specific group, or for the benefit of the community'
Objectives: The object of the Society is to promote interest in, public awareness of, and an understanding of the local history of Stirling through education , research and life-long learning .
