To relieve poverty among the residents of the Operating Area who are in necessitous circumstances provide comforts, items, services and facilities for people who are sick, convalescent, disabled or infirm 3. To advance health and to promote opportunities for the benefit of the residents of the Operating Area. The advancement of health includes the prevention or relief of sickness, disease or human suffering, as well as the promotion of health
