They are integral lo the success of our services delivery. Volunteers undor 25 Our 13 to 25 yr old volunteers are encouraged to sign up to the national Saltire Volunleers Award scheme via SCVO. The hours recorded can also count towards the Duke of Edinburgh and Caritas awards. Paront Volunteers Parerstal involvement continues to grow re garning supervision and STEM involvement Youth loadershi Pro rammo We have introduced a Youth Leadership programme for our younger volunteers, developing soft skills in preparation for life after school. The programme is open to our young volunteer3 aged thirteen to sixteen years old. SERVICES PROVISION ITSU ort and Soclal Connectlvl Our Digital Champions continue to deliver IT support to our clients, tailored to their individual needs and interests. The pupils proudly showcased their class work project, centred around their chosen theme. Over 3(X) children took part over Ihe two days. Saturda Gamln Clubs 8-16 r olds Our lead gaming volunteers play a key role in the success of this club. Originally we ran from 10.00 am until 12.00 pm. However, in order to meet very high demand we created Second session. We continue to run from 9.30 am to 11.30 am and 11.30 am to 13.30 prn. We encourage social interaction in the gaming suite and we also build in snack time in the café area, with the two groups overlapping. After School Gamln Clubs 8-16 r olds Wednesday after school club (3pm - 5pm) for 8-16 yr olds. This club has remained free. We provide a free snack and soft drink. Glvln Our Youn Peo le a Volce Regular meetings both formal and informal with our gamlng volunteers has been key to shaping the format of the club. Consultatlon with our gaming youngsters, many of whom are neuro diverse, plays a major part in the development and inclusive ethos of the club. Befrigndln Servlce We introduced this seNice on the first day of lockdown in March 2020. Volunteers support us. Com uter Club One of our clients just recently secured a part time job with support from our team. This is an informal club rather than a class and we offer support to all ages in response to individual needs and interests. e.g. creating a CV, job searches, writing a job application, online shopping, making and printing address labels, writing formal letters. The club also serves as a warm hub and a place to gather for a cuppa and a chat. Astronom Club The club continues to meet twice a month using a hybrid format - face to face in the Concord and online via Zoom, enabling people who needlprefer to be at home or elsewhere to take part online. We offer Zoom training, if required. Several field trips took place in local areas throughout the autumn and winter months- the highlight this year was the spectacular Aurora on the Loch shore at Duck Bay. This Aurora was widely recognised as the most spectacular for many years and brought visitors to the Loch from all over the country.

These people are self taught and the resultant photos can be breath taking. It is important that we acknowledge this talent and the willingness to share their talent for the enjoyment of the wider Community. Knlttln Icrochet Club "Hats Galore" Pro ect We continue our partnership with "Threads" a local small business, working together to knit hats for homeless people, rough sleepers, Food Banks, Early Learning Centres ootdoor activities, warm hubs, individuals in the Gommunity . Together we distributed over 400 hats throughout the autumn of 2024 and the winter of 2025. Free Childcare and Free Meals Durln School Holida 8for8-16 r olds Thanks to,West Dunbartonshire SHINE programme funding we continued to deliver free Gaming Tech Camps and STEM camps with free lunch Monday to Friday throughout school holidays for 8-16 year olds. 3D PRINTING Pllemorlal Pla U08. We continued our 3D printing initiative to supportthird sector and charitable organisations. In particular, we designed and printed bespoke plaques for families and organisations, in memory of those who have passed away through addiction. 8.g. Astronom Club Additional parts to enhance the digital telescope for the Bellsmyre Digital Astronomy Glub. Schools On-Llne Safe Com etltlon We continue to work in partnership with Police Scotland on this very successful project. Award Cerèmon We celebrated the winners in the stunning foyer of the Denny Civic Theatre in Dumbarton. In response to the quality and number of entrants we created three winning categories. The Provost and local councillors who attended as guests highly commended the event. Chrlsknas Famll Part 2024 This was our first family party and, of course, Santa dropped by. Entertainment was provided by our house band, "The Third Rock" along with a young, new band comprising one of our gaming volunteers. A variety of local amateur musicians also contributed.

In partnership with WD Educatlon Department we delivèred a very successful six week programme bringing together young people who have been disengaged from school for several years. The main purpos8 was to devise a programme to enable a small group to socialise and Integrate with their peers, "Our Future HI h Street" Pro ect th zan Regeneration of Dumbarton High Street had received almost £20 milllon Levelllng Up funding and WDC had invited local opinion regarding planning. A small group of our youth volunteers earriad out international research to determine how the Artizan Cenlre might include modem, futuristic ideas which were at tha same timo practical and sustainable.e.g. kinetic pads under walkways, entrances into Shops, play areas for children; free public solar powered device chargers. These young people presented their proposals in person to Councillor Davld McBride who has responsibility for R8generation and Magda Swider Regeneralion Coordinator for WDC. Som8 of thes8 young people found even the idea of ubliG speakin challenging and they absolutely rose to the occaslon. Both Councillor nd were very impressed 8nd Indicated that they would consider what ideas might be incorporated into the now Artizan. INCOME STREAMS Hlre of PC Suite We have solidified and developed our relationship with West Dunbartonshire Council Departments and they continue to hire our suite on a regular basis.

Preparatlon of Flnanclal Statements The Committee of Management are required to prepare financial statements for each financial year which give a true and fair view of the state of affairs of the Trust and of its Receipts and Payments for that period. Accountlng Pollclos In preparing the financial statements set out on pages 10 to 12 the Committee of Management have used appropriate accounting policies, consistently applied and supported by reasonable and prudent judgements and estimates, and all accounting standards which they consider to be applicable hav8 been followed. Accountlng Records The Committee of Management have responsibility for ensuring that the Trust keeps accounting records which disclose with reasonable accuracy the financial position of the Trust and which enable them to ensure that the financial statements comply with appropriaté legislation. Respective responsibilities of trustgos and examlner The charity's trustees are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordance with the tems of the Charities and Trustee Investment (Scotland) Act 2005 and the Charities Accounts (SGOtland) Regulations 2006.
