The Choral Society is set up for people who enjoy singing to learn vocal technique and specific choral works to deliver public concerts and lead communal singing in local care homes when requested.

Objectives: The Society's objects are: (a) to encourage and develop an understanding and enjoyment of choral music in the local communities through public performances and musical seminars. (b) to develop the musical proficiency of Society members by programmes of musical instruction, rehearsal and performance.
