The purposes of this club are to pursue the Objectives of Rotary, carry out successful service projects based on the Five Avenues of Service, contribute to the advancement of Rotary by strengthening membership, support the Rotary Foundation Charity and develop leaders beyond the club level.
Objectives: The Trustees hereby declare that they shall hold and apply the Trust Fund and all other assets which may from time to time be received by them (whether such assets shall arise from donations, bequests, Deeds of Covenant or from any other source), and also the investments for the time being representing the same (all of which are hereinafter included in the expression 'the Trust Fund') upon trust to apply both the capital and income thereof to or for the relief of the poor and needy or to or for such other exclusively charitable purposes, institutions, societies or objects (hereinafter referred to as 'the Trust Purpose') as the Council of the Club shall in duly constituted meeting from time to time direct as evidenced by the Minutes of such meetings.
