Stepwell is a coaching and training social enterprise partnering with those most socially disadvantaged to improve their wellbeing and capabilities, enabling them to make well-informed and meaningful decisions that enhance their ability to live more independently and feel more in control of their own health and wellbeing. We support people to self-manage their disability and long-term conditions, develop their life and work skills and gain and sustain employment more by providing solution focused Coaching, life skills Cookschools, personal development workshops and accredited vocational training Courses.
Objectives: 1. To advance health by tackling poor levels of mental and physical health in Inverclyde, Scotland and internationally. 2. To promote the well-being of people in Inverclyde, Scotland and internationally 3. To encourage personal and spiritual development and to advance citizenship by developing communities.
