**What the charity does:** Stepwell is a coaching and training social enterprise partnering with those most socially disadvantaged to improve their wellbeing and capabilities, enabling them to make well-informed and meaningful decisions that enhance their ability to live more independently and feel more in control of their own health and wellbeing. We support people to self-manage their disability and long-term conditions, develop their life and work skills and gain and sustain employment more by providing solution focused Coaching, life skills Cookschools, personal development workshops and accredited vocational training Courses.

**Objectives:** 1. To advance health by tackling poor levels of mental and physical health in Inverclyde, Scotland and internationally. 2. To promote the well-being of people in Inverclyde, Scotland and internationally 3. To encourage personal and spiritual development and to advance citizenship by developing communities.
