The appreciative audience included local people and visitors from Scotland, England, Northern Ireland and Europe. Highlights included the open-air brolly parade led by a jazz band, services in two local churches led by jazz musicians and dine around sessions in local reastaurants. The festival brings important income to local businesses and accommodation providers.
