Public running and models displayed and operated to encourage the public to understand and leam from our activities. Some outside events are attended again to furlher spread the understanding and enjoyment of our hobbies. An annual Exhibition usually takes pla in Perth at the Dewars centre where the wider public can see and experience a range of our activities. Some members visit other Club organised shows in the north of the UK again to share their enthusiasm and knoedge of the hobby. Occasional displays are set up to draw attention to our aCtIv"e$.
APPENDIX 1 Achievements and performance Summary of the main achievements of the charity during the financial period Over the time period of this report, attendance by members on site and on monthly open days have meant that the facilitie5 have been regularly in use by a majonty of members. FJr Public Running events were achieved on site along with the Perth Show (Dewars Centre) in June. These events very were successful though the su$$ of Open Days is weather dependent. Our Perth Mtsyel Railway Group attend shows around Scotland and the north of England. During the year a number of members developed skills and aptrtudes by watching and working wrth more eXperiend colleagues. We attended the Methven Gala wrth a portable track in support of our local communty Planning pemiisSn has been applied for to prowde more storage for members. engineering projects and locomotives.
