Objectives: The objects of The Group shall be to advance the education of people with visual impairments and their carers in Lochaber and to provide facilities, in the interest of social welfare, for recreation and other leisure-time occupation so that the conditions of life of the aforementioned people with visual impairments and their carers may be improved and they can increase their independence
