During the year the charity continues to provide, and maintain Perth Islamic Centre. In addition to conducting daily worship, the charity organised many celebrations for the community that were attended by 300 people. The charity also organised various meetings with political representatives in the areas to address the various need of the Muslim community. The charity meets regularly with local bodies, council, police, other organisations in order to promote and facilitates of the special need of the community.
Objectives: a) The conduct of public worship according to the tenets of the religion of Islam in accordance with the sunni sect. b) The provision of facilities for public worship according to such tenets at PERTH ISLAMIC CENTRE. In addition these facilities shall be used for the study of the religion and for the education of persons in the faith of the religion. c) The relief of poverty of those in need among the Muslim community in the area. d) The promotion, propagation and carrying on such activities as are incidental or ancillary to these aims and objectives.
