To institute and support all manner of work which would in any way be incidental or conducive to the welfare of older people of limited means in and around Perth by maintaining Kincarrathie House as a Care Home for older people to the highest standard possible.
Objectives: Towards bettering the shortage of suitable living accomodation and welfare facilities for old people of limited means particularly within the City and County of Perth and having resolved to make provision to those ends as hereinafter stated therefore we hereby appoint ourselves and the survivors and survivor of us as Trustees and Trustee for the purposes aforementioned.
