The community centre is run by a management committee and is let for various purposes in order to provide facilities for the use of the community. It provides physical and mental training and recreation plus social, moral and intellectual development.

Objectives: For the purpose of physical and mental training and recreation, and social moral and intellectual development through the medium reading and recreation rooms, library lectures, classes, recreation or otherwise as may be found expedient of the inhabitant of the said Village and District without distinction of sex or political, religious or other opinions subject to the provisions of these presents.
