The Band is established to promote and enable people living in the Dungannon and surrounding areas (hereinafter called the ‘area of benefit’) without distinction of age, gender, sexuality, nationality, ethnic origin, political or religious opinion, the opportunity to learn, participate in and appreciate brass band music; and through expression of music, build self-confidence in the culture and social scene.
