The Charity's objects ("Objects") are specifically restricted to the following:- (1) To promote amateur sport and healthy recreation by: (a) providing or assisting in the provision of facilities for sport, recreation and other leisure time occupation for such persons who have a need for such facilities by reason of their youth, age, ethnicity, infirmity or disablement or social and economic circumstances or for the public at large in the interests of social welfare and with the object of improving their conditions of life; (b) providing or assisting in the provision of coaching and training and practice opportunities in the playing of football and other sports. (2) To educate children and young people by developing their physical, mental, social and moral capacities through participation in organised footballing and other sporting activities and so promote good citizenship and assist them in growing to full maturity as individuals and members of society. (3) To advance community development by providing support and facilities to sports clubs and other community and voluntary organisations. (4) To promote equality and diversity and religious and racial harmony by encouraging participation and integration into a range of inclusive and accessible programmes which strive to bring together all sections of the community. (5) To promote such other charitable purpose as may from time to time be determined.
