Activities
The Trust is established for charitable purposes only; and in particular the advancement of the Evangelical Christian Faith, the advancement of education, the relief of poverty, the advancement of community development, and the improvement of the holistic life of communities in countries within Europe. Such purposes must be carried out exclusively in a manner that is beneficial to the public and is recognised by the law of Northern Ireland as being charitable. The Trust shall participate only in initiatives that are reasonably conducive to the realisation of the above mentioned purposes, such initiatives including (but not limited to): (i) Encouraging and assisting evangelical churches in their efforts to bear witness to Jesus Christ as Saviour and Lord through the provision of expertise, oversight and financial assistance and through organised visits to churches; (ii) Establishing and improving education and training programmes to support churches in church planting, evangelism and biblical teaching; (iii) Providing gifts, financial support and other practical assistance to individuals, communities, churches, Christian organisations and others deemed in the sole discretion of the Trust to be in need; and (iv) Supporting and encouraging individual and collective vocations and initiatives for community work in the life and mission of churches.
