The objectives for which TTO is established are: (a) To develop the skills and capacity of the local community, particularly those who are socially and economically disadvantaged, such that they can better meet their needs and participate more fully in society. (b) To relieve financial hardship by supporting and encouraging local action to lessen the impact of declining availability of fossil fuels. (c) To educate the general public about our changing climate and the effect this will have on our community and environment.
