Report on activities for the year ending 28 February 2024
The trustees noted with satisfaction that the Arts Council Project had been successfully delivered. All workshops had been completed and there was just some outstanding invoices to be paid. The Arts council will audit the activities and finances of the activities within the project.
The annual accounts were considered. There was dividend income from Omagh Credit Union of £8.41making a balance of £1129.46 in that account, with zero expenditure.
The account set up with the Ulster Bank to administer the Arts Council Project, received £ 7941.60. To date £7405.85 has been expended, with a few more invoices to be paid; there is £536.75 in the account. It is estimated that there will be a small amount not spent which will be returned to the Arts Council, leaving a zero balance in this account.
At this time it was agreed to leave the activities of TTO dormant in the hope and expectation that others will come forward to deliver on its mission.
