Objects: The Net Income Of The Charity Shall Be Apply In The Following Manner: 1) One And A Half Percent To The Parochal Church Council Of The Ecclesiastical Parish Of St. Nicholas, Newport, For The Promotion Of Religious Instruction In That Parish. 2) One And Half Percent Thereof In Relieving Either Generally Or Individually Freemen Of The Haberdashers' Company Of The City Of London Who Are In Conditions Of Need, Hardship Or Distress. 3) One And A Half Percent Thereof For The Trustees For The Time Being Of William Adams For Apprenticing In Newport. 4) Four And A Half Percent Thereof To The Trustees For The Time Being Of William Adams Almshouse Charity, At Newport. 4) As To The Remaining Ninty One Percent Thereof, For Assisting The Governors Of The School To Discharge Their Obligations With Respect To The Maintenance Of The School.(see Clause 10 Of The Scheme Of 29/09/1988 For Full Details)
