Activities
The admin of the beneficial land holdings for the benefit of Kibworth High School and Community Centre and the distribution of income for the benefit of pupils past and present are in accordance with the trust scheme. The principal expenditure is on provision of school transport outside that provided by the local authority and grants to current and past pupils in accordance with the scheme.
Objects: The Object Of The Charity Is To Advance The Education (Including Social And Physical Training) Of The Beneficiaries Through:(1) The Provision Of Items, Services, Facilities And Special Benefits Of Any Kind Not Required To Be Provided By The Local Education Authority For The Benefit Of The School;(2) Awarding Scholarships, Exhibitions, Bursaries, Maintenance Allowances Or Grants Tenable At Any School, University, College Of Education, Or Other Institution Of Further (Including Professional And Technical) Education Approved For The Purpose By The Trustee;(3) The Provision Of Financial Assistance, Outfits, Clothing, Tools, Instruments Or Books To Assist Them To Pursue Their Education (Including The Study Of Music And Other Arts), To Undertake Travel In Furtherance Thereof, Or To Prepare For Or Enter A Profession, Trade, Occupation Or Service On Leaving School, University Or Other Educational Establishment;(4) Retaining The Land Identified In Part 1 Of The Schedule To This Scheme As A Site For The School.
