The objectives of Pennine Heritage remain the promotion of the social, physical and cultural history of this distinctive area through the publication of interpretive material and direct action where necessary and feasible to protect the special landscape features and built environment.
Objects: To Promote, Advance And Maintain For The Benefit Of The Public An Appreciation Of The Social History, Physical And Cultural Heritage Of The Pennine Area Of England And The Preservation Of Its Buildings And Other Features In Order To Secure The Continuance Of Its Unique Architectural And Historic Qualities.
