To maintain a self-supporting Village Hall for use by all the villagers in Datchworth.The management committee ensure the Hall is manintained in compliance with all current legislation and is in a good state of repair.The Management committee run fundraining events, apply for grants and accept donations to achive their objectives.

Objects: The Provision And Maintenance Of A Village Hall For The Use Of The Inhabitants Of The Parish Of Datchworth And The Neighbourhood Without Distinction Of Sex Or Of Political, Religious Or Other Opinions, And Inparticular For Use For Meetings, Lectures And Classes And For Other Forms Of Recreation And Leisure-Time Occupation, With The Object Of Improving The Conditions Of Life For The Said Inhabitants.
