(2) The Relief And Prevention Of Suffering Caused By Mental Or Physical Ill-Health Of By Social And Economic Circumstances Among Young People By Establishing, Maintaining And Developing A Counselling, And Practical Advice. (3) The Prevention And Mitigation Of The Suffering Caused By Unwanted Pregnancy By Educating Young Persons In Matters Of Sex And Contraception And Developing Among Them A Responsibility In Regard To Sexual Behaviour.
