(2) THE RELIEF AND PREVENTION OF SUFFERING CAUSED BY MENTAL OR PHYSICAL ILL-HEALTH OF BY SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC CIRCUMSTANCES AMONG YOUNG PEOPLE BY ESTABLISHING, MAINTAINING AND DEVELOPING A COUNSELLING, AND PRACTICAL ADVICE. (3) THE PREVENTION AND MITIGATION OF THE SUFFERING CAUSED BY UNWANTED PREGNANCY BY EDUCATING YOUNG PERSONS IN MATTERS OF SEX AND CONTRACEPTION AND DEVELOPING AMONG THEM A RESPONSIBILITY IN REGARD TO SEXUAL BEHAVIOUR.
