To give assistance to elderly poor people through the provision of sheltered almshouse accommodation, the upkeep of almshouse properties and estate, and the provision of social activities and other communal facilities and services for the benefit of the almshouse community.

Objects: (1) The Objects Of The Charity Are:(a) The Provision Of Housing Accommodation For Persons Who Are In Needand Resident In The Area Of Benefit; And(b) Such Charitable Purposes For The Benefit Of The Residents At Theaccommodation Provided By The Charity As The Trustee Shall Decide.(2) The Trustee May Utilise Surplus Income To Provide:(a) Day Services For Both Residents And Non-Residents Who Are In Need Andwho Live In The Area Of Benefit; And/or(b) Home Adaptations For Elderly People Who Live In The Area Of Benefit.
