**Objects:** (1) THE OBJECTS OF THE CHARITY ARE:(A) THE PROVISION OF HOUSING ACCOMMODATION FOR PERSONS WHO ARE IN NEEDAND RESIDENT IN THE AREA OF BENEFIT; AND(B) SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE RESIDENTS AT THEACCOMMODATION PROVIDED BY THE CHARITY AS THE TRUSTEE SHALL DECIDE.(2) THE TRUSTEE MAY UTILISE SURPLUS INCOME TO PROVIDE:(A) DAY SERVICES FOR BOTH RESIDENTS AND NON-RESIDENTS WHO ARE IN NEED ANDWHO LIVE IN THE AREA OF BENEFIT; AND/OR(B) HOME ADAPTATIONS FOR ELDERLY PEOPLE WHO LIVE IN THE AREA OF BENEFIT.
