FINANCIAL REVIEW
INCOME
Donations £14389
Charitable Activities £5857
Fundraising £4459
EXPENDITURE
Venue Hire £2966
Holidays and Days Out £14843
General Expenses £2908
CASH AT BANK CARRIED FORWARD TO NEXT FINANCIAL YEAR £3987
The majority of venues used invoice us termly in arrears and our dancers subscriptions will normally bring in enough revenue to cover these costs . Holidays and activities undertaken will be geared towards fundraising or payments from participants . We are entirely staffed by volunteers at the moment. Therefore the trustees feel at the moment that financial reserves of only £300 in the current account are sufficient to cover any unexpected shortfalls . This amount will obviously be reviewed frequently and rise in accordance to the growth of the charity and any commitments or future employees .
PUBLIC BENEFIT
The trustees feel that the charity is fully complying with the public benefit requirement in our constitution and are immensely proud of everyone who is helping to make ADA a success.
THE FUTURE
Over the next 12 months we aim to increase awareness of our charity and increase the number of beneficiaries. We can hopefully expand our activities and continue to grow towards our long term goal of opening a day centre.
DECLARATIONS
The trustees declare that they have approved the trustee’s report above
