CURRENTLY PROVIDING DANCE CLASSES , TRIPS , DAYS OUT WITH THE FOCUS ON SEND CHILDREN, ADULTS AND THE ELDERLY. ACTIVITIES WILL INCREASE IN LINE WITH OUR CHARITABLE OBJECTS AS FUNDS GROW.

Objects: The Objects Of The CIO Are: 1.To Relieve The Needs Of People With Special Educational Needs Or Disabilities By:a) Providing Or Assisting In The Provision Of Facilities In The Interests Of Socialwelfare For Recreation Or Other Leisure Time Occupation With The Object Ofimproving Their Conditions Of Life, In Particular But Not Limited To Providing Danceactivities And Events;b) Providing Life Skills Lessons And Work Experience Opportunities;c) Advancing Education Through The 5 Senses And Having The Facilities To Help Aidwith This E.g. Sensory Room, Quiet Room And Adapting Sessions To Meet Anindividual's Needs And Overcome Any Barriers They May Face When IT Comes Tooverstimulating And Sensory Overload;d) Working With Preschools, Schools,parent Teacher Associations, After School Andholiday Clubs, Colleges And Universities, Libraries, Galleries And Museums,sports Clubs And Uniformed Organisations;e) Advancing Social Development By Providing Adventures, Daytrips And Holidayopportunities For The Beneficiaries And Their Carers Or Family And To Provide Asupport And Development Network For Them ; Andf) Providing A Drop In Day Centre;2 To Promote Social Inclusion For The Public Benefit By Preventing People Frombecoming Socially Excluded. Relieving The Needs Of Those People Who Aresocially Excluded And Assissting Them To Integrate Into Society, In Particular Butnot Exclusively Through Dance Activities And Recreational / Social Activities.for The Purpose Of This Clause 'Socially Excluded' Means Being Excluded Fromsociety, Or Parts Of Society, As A Result Of One Or More Of The Following Factors:youth, Age, Infirmity Or Disability, Financial Hardship Or Social Circumstances3. To Advance Education For The Public Benefit In The Art Of Dance, Particularly Byworking With Pre-Schools, Schools, Parent Teacher Associations, After School Andholiday Clubs, Colleges And Universities, Libraries, Galleries And Museum,s, Sportsclubs And Uniformed Organisationsnothing In This Constitution Shall Authorise An Application Of The Property Of The CIO For The Purposes Which Are Not Charitable In Accordance With [Section 7 Of The Charities And Trustee Investment (Scotland) Act 2005] And [Section 2 Of The Charities Act (Northern Ireland) 2008].
