Objects: 3.1 The Promotion Of Equality And Diversity And The Promotion Of Social Inclusion Of Those Within The LGBTQIA+ Community (the Community) For The Public Benefit By:3.1.1 The Elimination Of Discrimination On The Grounds Of Gender And Sexual Orientation;3.1.2 Advancing Education And Raising Awareness In Equality And Diversity;3.1.3 Promoting Activities To Foster Understanding Between People From Diverse Backgrounds;3.1.4 Cultivating A Sentiment In Favour Of Equality And Diversity;3.1.5 Providing Community Support Through The Sharing Of Information, Knowledge, Resources And Experience To Empower And Improve Quality Of Life; And3.1.6 Providing Access To Healthcare Services To Meet Physical And Mental Health Needs.3.2 To Improve The Efficiency And Effectiveness Of Other Charities Working With The LGBTQIA+ Community, By Signposting Members Of The Community And Educators, Healthcare Professionals, Friends And Family To Their Activities And Resources And By Funding Their Projects And Activities.lgbtqia+ Means Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer, Intersex And Asexual.
