Objects: The Object Of The CIO Isthe Object Of The CIO Is To Act As A Resource For Young People Aged 16 To 24 With Aninterest In Music Production, Particularly Those Who Face Barriers To Accessinghigh-Quality Creative Education, Including (but Not Limited To) Individuals From Minorityethnic Backgrounds, Women And Gender-Diverse Individuals, Disabled People Andthose Who Are Neurodivergent Living In The UK By Providing Mentoring Advice,education And Assistance And Organising Programmes Of Educational And Otheractivities As A Means Of:(a) Advancing In Life And Helping Young People By Developing Their Skills, Capacitiesand Capabilities To Enable Them To Participate In Society As Independent, Mature Andresponsible Individuals;(b) Advancing Education; And(c) Relieving Unemployment.nothing In This Constitution Shall Authorise An Application Of The Propertyof The CIO For The Purposes Which Are Not Charitable In Accordance With[section 7 Of The Charities And Trustee Investment (scotland) Act 2005]and [section 2 Of The Charities Act (northern Ireland) 2008].
