**Objects:** 3.1 THE PROMOTION OF EQUALITY AND DIVERSITY AND THE PROMOTION OF SOCIAL INCLUSION OF THOSE WITHIN THE LGBTQIA+ COMMUNITY (THE COMMUNITY) FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT BY:3.1.1 THE ELIMINATION OF DISCRIMINATION ON THE GROUNDS OF GENDER AND SEXUAL ORIENTATION;3.1.2 ADVANCING EDUCATION AND RAISING AWARENESS IN EQUALITY AND DIVERSITY;3.1.3 PROMOTING ACTIVITIES TO FOSTER UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN PEOPLE FROM DIVERSE BACKGROUNDS;3.1.4 CULTIVATING A SENTIMENT IN FAVOUR OF EQUALITY AND DIVERSITY;3.1.5 PROVIDING COMMUNITY SUPPORT THROUGH THE SHARING OF INFORMATION, KNOWLEDGE, RESOURCES AND EXPERIENCE TO EMPOWER AND IMPROVE QUALITY OF LIFE; AND3.1.6 PROVIDING ACCESS TO HEALTHCARE SERVICES TO MEET PHYSICAL AND MENTAL HEALTH NEEDS.3.2 TO IMPROVE THE EFFICIENCY AND EFFECTIVENESS OF OTHER CHARITIES WORKING WITH THE LGBTQIA+ COMMUNITY, BY SIGNPOSTING MEMBERS OF THE COMMUNITY AND EDUCATORS, HEALTHCARE PROFESSIONALS, FRIENDS AND FAMILY TO THEIR ACTIVITIES AND RESOURCES AND BY FUNDING THEIR PROJECTS AND ACTIVITIES.LGBTQIA+ MEANS LESBIAN, GAY, BISEXUAL, TRANSGENDER, QUEER, INTERSEX AND ASEXUAL. THE ADDITIONAL “+” STANDS FOR ALL OF THE OTHER IDENTITIES NOT ENCOMPASSED IN THE SHORT ACRONYM.

**Activities:** The promotion of equality  and diversity and the promotion of social inclusion of those within the LGBTQIA community for the public benefit.  To improve the efficiency/effectiveness of other charities working with the LGBTQIA community, by signposting members of the community and educators, healthcare professionals, friends and family to their activities and resources, and by funding their work.
