Objects: Objects 2.1 The Charity's Objects Are, For The Public Benefit, To Promote The Rehabilitation Of Prison Leavers, Those On Community Sentences Or Those At Risk Of Being Imprisoned And Reduce Re-Offending, In Particular But Without Limitation By The Provision Of Education And Support, Life Skills, Mentoring And Advice, Employment Opportunities, Or Training For Employment. 2.2 Nothing In These Articles Shall Authorise An Application Of The Property Of The Charity For Purposes Which Are Not Charitable In Accordance With Section 7 Of The Charities And Trustee Investment (scotland) Act 2005 Or Section 2 Of The Charities Act (northern Ireland) 2008.
