Bowel Cancer UK aims to save lives and improve the quality of life for all those affected by bowel cancer.
Objects: (A) To Promote, Support And /Or Carry Out Research Into The Causes, Prevention, Diagnosis, Treatment, Cure And Effects Of Bowel Cancer And Other Lower Gastrointestinal Conditions (Together “Bowel Cancer”) For The Benefit Of The Public;(b) To Provide Support, Assistance And Advice To People Affected By Bowel Cancer And/or To Their Carers And Families And Other Interested Persons;(c) To Advance The Education Of The Public And Health And Social Care Professionals On The Issues Relating To Bowel Cancer;(d) To Promote And Influence Effective Care And Support For People Affected By Bowel Cancer And The Involvement Of Their Carers, Families And Friends In Their Support; And(e) The Furtherance Of Such Other Objects And Purposes In The United Kingdom As Are Exclusively Charitable According To English Law And In Accordance With Section 7 Of The Charities And Trustee Investment (Scotland) Act 2005.
