HERE North East champions the cultural contributions, historical connections, and innovative networks of communities of colour and faith within the region; it seeks to explore and develop strong links between heritage, wellbeing and their representation through cultural expression. Our ambition is to develop a hybrid, mobile, and physical regional space that combines the strategic priorities.

Objects: The Promotion Of Equality And Diversity For The Public Benefit By: (A) Advancing Education And Raising Awareness Of The Cultural Contributions, Historical Connections, And Network Of Global Majority People In The North East Of England; (B) Promoting Activities And Events To Foster Understanding Between People From Diverse Backgrounds; (C) Cultivating A Sentiment In Favour Of Equality And Diversity; (D) Working Towards The Elimination Of Discrimination On The Grounds Of Race; And (E) Working With Other Organisations In Furtherance Of These Objects.
