The CIO Run out of and manage the Belle Isle Welcome Centre, Undercroft, Saint John and Saint Barnabas Church, Belle Isle Road, Leeds, LS10 3DNThe Centre will be used to run Community Cafe, Food Bank facilities, as a training venue and facilitategroups and club, along with other agreed activities that would benefit the community as required.

Objects: To Further Or Benefit The Residents Of South Leeds And The Neighbourhood, Without Distinction Of Sex, Sexual Orientation, Race Or Of Political, Religious Or Other Opinions By Associating Together The Said Residents And The Local Authorities, Voluntary And Other Organisations In A Common Effort To Advance Education And To Provide Facilities In The Interests Of Social Welfare For Recreation And Leisure Time Occupation With The Objective Of Improving The Conditions Of Life For The Residents.in Furtherance Of These Objects But Not Otherwise, The Trustees Shall Have Power:to Establish, Or Secure The Establishment Of, A Community Centre(s) And To Maintain And Manage The Same (Whether Alone Or In Co-Operation With Any Local Authority Or Other Person Or Body) In Furtherance Of These Objects.
