Objects: The Following Objects Of The CIO Are For The Public Benefit In Rugeley And The Surrounding Areas–to Promote Community Participation In Healthy Recreation, In Particular But Not Limited To Providing Facilities And Events For Playing Football And Rugby;to Provide Or Assist In The Provision Of Facilities In The Interests Of Social Welfare For Recreation Or Other Leisure Time Occupation Of Individuals Who Have Need Of Such Facilities By Reason Of Their Youth, Age, Infirmity Or Disability, Financial Hardship Or Social Circumstances With The Object Of Improving Their Conditions Of Life By Maintaining An Open Green Space At Hagley Field And A Wild Flower Garden With Benches And A Walking Trail; Andto Promote The Conservation, Protection And Improvement Of The Physical And Natural Environment Through Tree Planting And By Adding Bird Boxes.nothing In This Constitution Shall Authorise An Application Of The Property Of The CIO For The Purposes Which Are Not Charitable In Accordance With Section 7 Of The Charities And Trustee Investment (Scotland) Act 2005 And Section 2 Of The Charities Act (Northern Ireland) 2008.
