Support is provided primarily by receiving, considering, and, if approved by the Trustees, supporting funding applications from other registered UK charities which share the same focus.

Objects: 3.1 The Objects Of The CIO Are, For The Public Benefit, In Particular But Not Exclusively Through The Provision Of Grant Funding:3.1.1 To Advance Education And Relieve Poverty By Promoting And Facilitating The Education, Training And Employment Of Offenders, Ex-Offenders And Those At Risk Of Offending; And3.1.2 To Further Such Other Exclusively Charitable Purposes According To The Law Of England And Wales As The Trustees Shall From Time To Time Determine.
