Due to the inability to setup a UK bank the CIO could not advance any of its activities. The matter was referred to the financial ombudsman which only ruled in February 2024 that process has been followed and despite the delays 2 years to setup the bank account is acceptable from financial regulatory perspective. In consultation with the trustees the CIO opened a Wise business account in November 2023 to not further delay the work of the organisation. Due to this no activities were performed in this financial year. |
