Provision of development, participation and education opportunities and support through cricket and other sports in the historic county of Staffordshire in the interests of social welfare, health and well-being.
Objects: The Company's Objects Are To:1. Provide Or Assist In The Provision Of Facilities Including But Not Limited To The Provision Of Facilities For The Playing Of Cricket And Other Sports, In The Interests Of Social Welfare For Recreation Or Other Leisure Time Occupation Of Individuals Who Have Need Of Such Facilities By Reason Of Their Youth, Age, Infirmity Or Disability, Financial Hardship Or Social Circumstances With The Object Of Improving Their Conditions Of Life And/or;2. Promote Community Participation In Healthy Recreation Including But Not Limited To The Provision Of Facilities For The Playing Of Cricket And Other Sports In The Historic County Of Staffordshire And Beyond. To Serve As The Local Governing Body For Recreational Cricket In The Historic County Of Staffordshire, Adapting And Adopting Local Policies, In Line With National Programmes, Directives And Rules, Regulations, Policies And Procedures Of The England And Wales Cricket Board (Ecb) And/or;3. Promote Education Including But Not Limited To Supporting The Cricket Network And Its People To Achieve Recognised Qualifications Or Other Betterment In Skills Including Playing, Coaching, Safeguarding, Umpiring And Officiating, Groundskeeping, Club Management And Development.
