Objects: The Objects:the Following Objects Of The CIO Are For The Public Benefit Of People Living In England:1. The Relief Of Those In Need By Reason Of Their Age, Ill-Health, Financial Hardship Or Other Social Or Economic Disadvantage By Providing Such Support As The Trustees Deem Appropriate. 2.to Promote Community Participation In Healthy Recreation By Providing Facilities And Coaching For Playing Football. 3.to Preserve And Protect Physical And Mental Health Through Such Support As The Trustees Deem Appropriate; And4.to Act As A Resource For Young People Providing Advice And Assistance And Organizing Programmers Of Physical, Educational, And Other Activities As A Means Of: (A) Advancing In Life And Helping Young People By Developing Their Skills, Capacities And Capabilities To Enable Them To Participate In Society As Independent, Mature And Responsible Individuals; (B) Advancing Education; (C) Relieving Unemployment; (D) Providing Recreational And Leisure Time Activity In The Interests Of Social Welfare For People Living In The Area Of Benefit Who Have Need By Reason Of Their Youth, Age, Infirmity Or Disability, Poverty Or Social And Economic Circumstances With A View To Improving The Conditions Of Life Of Such Persons.nothing In This Constitution Shall Authorise An Application Of The Property Of The CIO For The Purposes Which Are Not Charitable In Accordance With [Section 7 Of The Charities And Trustee Investment (Scotland) Act 2005] And [Section 2 Of The Charities Act (Northern Ireland) 2008].
