To prevent and relieve financial hardship for the public benefit of persons in conditions of need or hardship in Ammanford, Carmarthenshire and other parts of the United Kingdom, as the Trustees may from time to time think fit, by the provision of poverty-preventing endeavours and to provide such services with a Christian ethos, supported by churches in Ammanford and the surrounding regions.
Objects: The Objects Of The CIO Areto Relieve Financial Hardship For The Public Benefit Of Persons In Conditions Of Need Or Hardship In Ammanford By The Provision Of Food Through The Operation Of A Foodbank. Nothing In This Constitution Shall Authorise An Application Of The Property Of The CIO For The Purposes Which Are Not Charitable In Accordance With [Section7of The Charities And Trustee Investment (Scotland)act2005] And [Section 2 Of The Charities Act (Northern Ireland) 2008].
