Activities
The Hub provides a medium to long-term person centered/solution focused service for injured Veterans to integrate into the civilian community upon discharge. We offer comprehensive support/signposting using diverse/trusted partners/providers promoting high levels of engagement, increased confidence, resilience, wellbeing, self-efficacy and the facilitation of skills transfer into the Community.
Objects: To Relieve Veterans And Their Families Who Are In Need By Reason Of Their Age, Ill Health Or Disability, Financial Hardship Or Other Disadvantage, By The Provision Of Specialist Information, Advice And Support.
