Activities
Awarding grants to individuals, who must be aged under 25 at the time of application and living within a radius of 15 miles of Exeter, for educational purposes, such as assisting towards the purchase of clothing, tools, books and other course equipment, or for help towards fees and relevant expenses at recognised schools, training colleges and universities.
Objects: (1) In Assisting Persons Who Have Not Attained The Age Of 25 Years Resident In The Area Of Benefit Who Are In Need Of Financial Assistance And Who Are Preparing For, Entering Upon Or Engaged In Any Profession, Trade, Occupation Or Service By Providing Them With Outfits, Or By Paying Fees, Travelling Or Maintenance Expenses, Or By Such Other Means For Their Advancement In Life Or To Enable Them To Earn Their Living As The Trustees Think Fit. (2) In Otherwise Promoting The Education (Including Social And Physical Training) Of Such Persons.
