In solidarity with people on the move, we promote access to justice via the provision of legal support, casework, outreach, training and partnerships. We support advocacy and strategic litigation aimed at protecting legal rights and promoting a respectful migration experience

Objects: The Objects Of The CIO Are, For The Public Benefit: 3.1 To Relieve Poverty, Sickness, And Distress Of Persons Who Are Internally Displaced Or In Migration Or Who Are Asylum Seekers Or Refugees Fleeing Situations Including (but Not Limited To) War, Persecution, And Climate Change And Their Families And Any Dependants Who Are In Conditions Of Need, Hardship And Distress (hereinafter The ‘beneficiaries’); 3.2 To Advance Education In Legal Rights Practice And Procedure Related To Refugee And Asylum Seekers 3.3 To Preserve And Protect The Physical And Mental Health Of The Beneficiaries Including But Not Limited To Protecting The Rights Of The Beneficiaries
